Wanda Mary Polk, 92 was born April 26, 1929 to Michael and Sophie Przyczyna in Detroit, Mi. She passed away on April 12, 2022 at Heart to Home, Wendy Manor in Taylor, Mi.  She was married on February 14, 1953 to Alfred Adam Polk in Detroit, Mi. They later resided in Westland, Mi.  Wanda is survived by her daughter Claudia (Samuel) Zelickman, granddaughter Audrey (Eric) Hofbauer and great grandson Scott Hofbauer.  She was predeceased by her parents, husband Alfred, daughter Tina Ann Polk, and sister Joann Rodic.

She worked at Dorsey Business School and as a homemaker. She enjoyed cooking, baking, spending time with her granddaughter, and great grandson. She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church.
