Stephen Michael Christian Sr. of Westland, MI, passed away January 31st, 2023 at the age of 68. He was born April 30th, 1954 in Baltimore, Maryland to Eileen and James Christian. Loving father to Stephenie (Mike) Irwin, Stephen Christian Jr., Mikey Christian, Chuck (Jennifer), and Bill. Dearest grandfather of Courtney (Brent) Teglash, Michael Irwin, Kayla Irwin, and Ashley Christian. Dear great-grandfather of Jackson, Logan, and Emmett. Preceded in death by his father James, mother Eileen, and two brothers Jimmy and Robert Christian. Stephen is survived by his younger brother David Christian, nephew Ryan (Katrina) Christian, and many loving cousins and friends. He was a retired GM employee of over 30 years. He enjoyed spending time with his loving cat Bella, taking walks with his late dog Buford, traveling to Kentucky, studying genealogy which connected him with many family members, and above all he loved spending time with his family and friends. He was a generous soul with a contagious smile who will be missed dearly.
