Stephen Bertl was born on December 7, 1988 in Wayne, Michigan.  He passed away on July 8, 2022 at the age of 33 in Inkster, Michigan.  Stephen is survived by Mother, Susan (Carson) Smith, Sister, Kelli Bertl, Grandmother, Ann Cahill, Niece, Kilah Bertl, Aunt, Julie (Mark) Bjerk, and Cousin, Megan Bjerk.  He is preceded in death by Father, Larry Jay Bertl.
