Sau-Wan Winnie Chan was born on December 8, 1968 in Hong Kong, China. She passed away on October 14, 2021 at the age of 52 in Ypsilanti, Michigan. Sau-Wan Winnie is survived by her loving Husband, King Wah Choy, Son, Chi Kin Choy; and Many brothers and sisters. Sau-Wan Winnie loved cooking. She made amazing food but her cheesecake was her husband's favorite. Sau-Wan brought joy to everyone with her beautiful smile. She was benevolent, generous and forgiving. She will be missed by many.
