Rick Bolig passed away on January 5, 2023 at the age of 66 in Wayne, Michigan.  He was born on July 13, 1956 in Sunbury, Pennsylvania to the late Dixon and the late June.  Rick is survived by his beloved wife of 47 years, Michelle Bolig.  Dear father of Heather (Bob) Rising , and Scott (Sarah) Bolig.  Loving Pappy of  Karmiyah, Faith, and Madeline.  Brother of  Shelby (Steve) Shimmin, Karen (the late Jerry) Birmingham, Tom (Donna) Bolig, and Kris (Dave) Wester. Brother-in-law of Kathy (Robert) Pedroza, and Kim Lamb.  Rick is also survived by many  nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, aunts, and cousins.

Rick loved being outdoors.  He especially enjoyed fishing and hunting, where he enjoyed sleeping in his blind. He was an avid sports fan.  Rick would watch any sport he could find.  As of late, he especially enjoyed football and playing in his fantasy football league. In retirement, he enjoyed trying his luck at Keno. Rick was a family man and very much enjoyed spending time with his family, friends, and his adored pets.  His loving nature and kind heart will be deeply missed.
