Rebecca Long (Smith) was born on October 2, 1925 in Mobile, Alabama.  She passed away on July 21, 2022 at the age of 96 in Arlington, Washington.  Rebecca is survived by three sons, Doug Long, Rick (Barb) Long, Ken (Faye) Long; three daughters, Marilyn (the late Phil) Destefanis, Cathy (Tom) Woolsey, Tricia (the late Terry) Spurgeon; sixteen grandchildren; and 33 great-grandchildren She is preceded in death by loving husband, Marvin Long; father, Joseph Smith; and mother, Mary Smith.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to St. John Lutheran School to be used for tuition assistance.
