Phyllis Rhea (Bower) was born on August 8, 1947 in CITY, Michigan.  She passed away on April 11, 2022 at the age of 74 in Detroit, Michigan.  Phyllis is the beloved wife of the late Taylor Rhea. She is survived by Three Sons, Denver (Heather) Partin II, Daniel Partin, Donny (Shelly) Partin; Two Daughters, Lisa (Gerald) Pruett, Tonya (Brent) Moore; Eight Granddaughters, Destiny Partin, Jolene Pruett, Jeri-Rhea Pruett, Denay Partin, Desiree (Hector) Cortez, Sarah Partin, Lilah Kaminski, Leah Wagers; Three Grandsons, Dakota Partin, Eli Kaminski, TJ Kaminski; Three Great-granddaughters, Trinity, Serenity, Hazel; and Five Great-grandsons, Anthony, Julius, Elliott, Colten, Nathan. She is preceded in death by Father, Harold Bower, Mother, Jenny Mclean, and 3 Sisters, Josephine, Tina,  BettieLou.  She will be dearly missed.
