Phyllis Hall (Stiles) was born on August 15, 1934 in Jackson, Ohio.  She passed away on November 21, 2023 at the age of 89 in Oxford, Michigan.

Phyllis graduated from Athens High School in Athens, Ohio.  After graduating, she worked as a bookkeeper for her family's business for most of her career.  She married Randolph Hall, and they shared over 40 years of love and laughter before his passing in 2012.  Phyllis was a member of First Baptist Church of Garden City for many years.  She had a strong faith.  Phyllis was a talented piano player, and she played often for the church congregation.  She was loved by many and will be deeply missed.

Phyllis is survived by four children: Stephen Riley, Stephanie Monson, Gregory (Susan) Riley, Patricia (Robert) Gallagher; two siblings: Patricia (Byron) Arbaugh and Roger Stiles; thirteen grandchildren, twenty one great grandchildren, and six great-great grandchildren.  She is preceded in death by beloved husband, Randolph Hall; parents, Jay E. and Myrtle Lucille Stiles; sister, Beverly Murdoch, and grandson, Greg Riley.
