Philip Hines passed away on December 21, 2022 at the age of 77 in Livonia, Michigan. He was born on March 25, 1945 in Garden City, Michigan to the alte Dallas and the late Ella Hines. Philip is the beloved wife of 57 years, Rose Hines. Dear father of the late Jimmy Hines.  Philip is also survived by sister, Carolyn Hickerson, and many nieces and nephews.

Philip was a long time, 40 year, member of the NARCOA, North American Railcar Operators Association.  He loved the uniqueness and much enjoyed spending time with his rail car friends.  He will be deeply missed.
