Paul L Noffsinger was born on September 25, 1940 in Standish,MI and passed  on  November 2, 2023 in Westland,Mi. He was proceeded in death by his son Eric. He leaves behind his loving wife of almost 60 years Donna, Daughter Amanda Cowger of Howell David(Carla) Noffsinger of Westland. Also grandchildren Joshua and Preslie Cowger of Howell and Rachel Jayska of Westland. Also many nieces and nephews , and he will be missed deeply and will forever be remembered by the people he touched.
