Patricia O'Neill (Segreto) was born on October 20, 1941 in Detroit, Michigan. She passed away on April 19, 2021 at the age of 79 in Dearborn, Michigan. Patricia is survived by two daughters, Colleen O'Neill Roberts, Kelly (James) Wegiel; son, John O'Neill, Jr.; three granddaughters, Katie Wegiel, Juliette Wegiel, Donna Rose Roberts; grandson, Joseph Wegiel. She is preceded in death by husband, John Joseph O'Neill; sister, Priscilla Corrado, son-in-law, Don Roberts, father, Basilo Segreto, mother, Julia Segreto.
