Michael Francis Eisbrenner, born May 13 of 1944, was the son of the late Edward John Brenner and Margaret Veronica Brenner and was the brother of the late James Edward Brenner.  He departed this earthly life on Wednesday, December 14, 2022 at the age of 78.

He is survived by his three children: Karen Cooney of Indianapolis, IN (daughter Chelsea (husband Andrew), son CJ (wife Kim)), Kristen Vigne of Fayetteville, AR (husband Bob) and Kate Richter of Wayne, MI (husband Andrew).  He is also survived by his great grandchildren, Liam and Finley.  He is predeceased by his son Michael Patrick Eisbrenner (wife Debi, sons Christian, Zachary and Keagan, daughter Tabitha) of Livonia, MI and his wife Norma Kay Eisbrenner.

Michael met Norma in 1962 and they married in 1964.  They were married 50 years before Norma passed away.  He attended Lawrence Technical Institute for a period of time before leaving to start working as a Design Engineer for many companies such as American Motors Corporation, MascoTech and Dortech.  At the end of his work career, he worked for Wayne County Road Crew.  He enjoyed collecting Lionel Trains, firefighting equipment, fire engines, antiques, coins and stamps.  He built model fire engines and enjoyed meeting new people at train or fire engine shows, or really anywhere he went.

Michael would love to have everyone celebrate his life.  No memorial is planned at this time but we are looking to hold one early next year or Spring.  He would love to be remembered with funny, strange or silly stories that celebrate what was good and blessed in his life.
