Lloyd W Brown, age 87, passed away March 11, 2025, leaving behind a legacy of dedication, hard work, and love. Born on March 13, 1937 in McCamey, Texas, Lloyd was a man of great integrity and unwavering commitment to his family, community, and country.

Lloyd proudly served in the military for over 22 years, including the Vietnam War. His distinguished service was a testament to his courage and dedication to the nation he loved.

After retiring from military service, Lloyd continued his hardworking ethics as a blue-collar worker until he retired at age 77. Even in retirement, his spirit of service endured as he volunteered tirelessly, contributing to numerous community projects and making a significant impact on the lives of those around him.

Lloyd is survived by his beloved wife of 50 years, Barbara J. Brown, who stood by his side through life's many adventures. He was survived by six children, each of whom carries forward his values and principles. His legacy continues through his 13 cherished grandchildren, each a testament to the love and wisdom he imparted.

He was predeceased by three of his children, whom he held dear and remembered fondly. Lloyd's life was a testament to the power of hard work, sacrifice, and community, and he will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

A memorial service will be held on March 20, 2025 at Uht Funeral home, where family and friends are invited to celebrate his life and share in the many memories he created.
