Linda
Mccain
August 31, 1961 – June 8, 2025
.Linda McCain, a beacon of love and kindness, passed away on June 8, 2025, at the age of 63. Born on August 31, 1961, to the late Frederick and Shirley McCain, Linda's life was a testament to the power of warmth and friendliness that she extended to everyone she met.
Linda was a cherished member of a loving family, including her parental figures, James and the late Madeline Blaylock, her devoted daughter, Sharon Beach, and her caring sisters, Kim (Curtis) McCain and MaDonna (Vince) Price. Her life was further enriched by the joy she shared with her nephew Vinnie Price, Aunt Viva, Uncle Frank and many cousins, all who will miss her deeply.
An avid lover of the natural world, Linda found solace and joy in her garden, a place where she cultivated not just plants but also peace and serenity. Her backyard was a sanctuary for the birds she adored watching and feeding, and her love for her furry companions, Bobo and Betty, knew no bounds. Linda's passion for reading allowed her to explore worlds beyond her garden, while her adventurous spirit was reflected in her love for travel.
Linda's involvement with the Red Hat Society and the Westland Friendship Center showcased her commitment to community and friendship. Her presence at these organizations was marked by the same loving and friendly spirit she carried throughout all aspects of her life.
Those who knew Linda will remember her as a person who lived her life with an open heart, always ready to lend a hand or share a smile. Her legacy of kindness will continue to inspire and influence all who were fortunate enough to have known her.
As we bid farewell to Linda McCain, we celebrate the remarkable life she led and the countless lives she touched with her loving and kind nature. Her memory will forever be cherished and kept alive in the hearts of her family, friends, and all who had the pleasure of crossing paths with her. Linda's spirit, like the gardens she tended so lovingly, will continue to bloom and bring beauty to the world.
