John Allen Rhaesa  was born on November 7, 1940 in Detroit, Michigan.  He passed away on February 3, 2022 at the age of 81 in Wayne, Michigan.  John is survived by, wife Gail Ann Rhaesa;  two sons, Mayor of the City of Wayne, John Paul (Natalie) Rhaesa, Sean Allen Rhaesa; brother, Rev. James William (Barbara) Rhaesa; two sisters, Janet Florence Hayes, Eleanor Lois Thompson.  He is preceded in death by father, James Robert Rhaesa, mother, Eleanor Elise Rhaesa, sister, Loretta Hazel Rhaesa, brother, Thomas Leigh Rhaesa, brother, Robert Andrew Rhaesa, brother-in-law, Lloyd Hayes, brother-in-law, Cliff Thompson.
