Jimmy is survived by Son, Scott Maggard (Trisha); Two Step-Daughters, Tanya Thornton (Rob), Tracy Sheridan; Step-Son, Brian Mikosz; Three Grandsons, Joshua Sheridan, Charlie Thornton, Bobby Thornton; Three Granddaughters, Emily Maggard, Hanna Sheridan; Two Great-Grandsons, David Thornton, Damian Thornton; and Two Brothers, Paul Price, Vincent Price (the late Barb). He is preceded in death by wife, Sandra Sue Maggard, Father, Paul Price Maggard, Mother, Ova Loia Maggard, Brother, Donald Maggard, Sister, Gail Smithson, and Sister, Sherri Miskelly.
