Jeweldene Ballard (Rice) passed away on July 4, 2023 at the age of 90 in Belleville, Michigan.  She was born on June 4, 1933 in Bell County, Kentucky to the late Ewing and Sarah Rice. Jeweldene was the beloved wife of the late Gillis.  She is survived by daughter-in-law, Rose Mink, grandchildren; Kristen, Jessica, Jeffery, Shelby, Tyler, and Matthew, great-children; Carissa, Daniel, Brianna, Natalie, Wyatt, Trevor,  Angela,  Dominic, and Brayden.  She is preceded in death by her children John Mink, Darrell Mink, and Diana Arter.
