James Watts was born on July 24, 1932 in Detroit, Michigan. He passed away on September 11, 2020 at the age of 88 in Ann Arbor, Michigan. James is survived by Two Sons, Jeffrey Watts, James N. (Lisa) Watts; Two Daughters, Christine (Ron) Perkins, Kelly (Tim) Savage; Grandchildren, Nine; and Great Grandchildren, Seven. He is preceded in death by Wife, Evelyn, Mother, Alyce Watts, Daughter, Cynthia Gabowitz.
