Gloria Deshawn Wimblery, was born on December 13, 1967 in Wayne, Michigan. She passed away on June 19, 2023 in Westland, Michigan at the age of 55. Gloria is survived by Mia and Angelo Gilbert, who were like her children. Parents: Mary Wimblery and Curtis Cannon, Brothers: Leroy Wimblery, Curtis Cannon Jr, Joseph Robinson-Brother in law, Sisters: Felicia White, Tanya Robinson, Tedrin Cannon, Malissa Cannon, Zoe Cannon, Uncle: Kenneth Cannon, Roger Estelle, Aunts: Rosalyn Estelle, Shante McDaniels, Parrish Estelle, Cousins: James Mccloud, Randall Frye, Tyress Davis, Nephews: Steven Howard, Vincent Howard, Keenan Kruel, Nieces: Eva Kruel, Parielle Warr, Jannell Wimblery, Kierra Wimblery.

She was passionate about her love for Jehovah and would share the good news every opportunity she had. No matter how she was feeling, she still greeted you with a smile. She cared more for others than one can imagine because I witnessed all these things since before she became one of Jehovah's Witnesses. She loved to teach about the abundant love Jehovah has for all his children.She not only studied the scripture, but she always kept a tight hold on being obedient to Jehovah and the scriptural teachings.

Even on her last days that she knew was upon her, she would always say that she's not scared. Her belief in the resurrection remained steadfast and so did her faith in Jehovah. She would tell me I'm going to be alright, thinking more of helping me with my grief than her situation.. She gave hugs that would uplift you for the rest of the day. She was someone who is worth grieving over. I would rather feel the pain of loving her than lose the blessing of knowing her.
