Constance Bleyaert (Healy) passed away on October 30, 2023 at the age of 89 in Westland, Michigan. She was born on April 17, 1934 in Detroit, Michigan to the late John and Gladys Healy. Connie was the beloved wife of George for 70 years.  She is survived by her loving children, Laurie Anne (Dave Gibson) Bleyaert, Linda (Scott) Canfield, and Jim (Sharon) Bleyaert, adored grandchildren Nathan (Dawn) Bleyaert, Brittany Canfield, Chaz (Lisa) Canfield, Devon Bleyaert, Daniel Bleyaert, and cherished great-grandchildren Jaxson, Jameson, Chase, Piper, and Charlotte. Connie was also survived by many nieces and nephews.  She is preceded in death by her brother, Delbert Healy.

Connie was proud of all her travels.  She loved to travel around the States and Europe.  She enjoyed spending trips camping with her family. Connie loved volunteering at the senior center.  She loved being a part of her senior community and her Jazzersize class! Connie also loved dogs.

Connie's kind heart and loving nature will be deeply missed.
