Chet Kies was born on April 17, 1968 in Albion, Michigan. He passed away on December 2, 2021 at the age of 53 in Wayne, Michigan. Chet is survived by wife, Virginia "Jenny" Kies; four daughters, Sirena (Rob) Shaw, Heather (Henry) Thiel, Christina (Lonnie) Stapleton, Rachel Hoyt; son, Dwayne Vaughn; three grandsons, Hunter, Shane, Bobby Ray; six granddaughters, Magnolia, Alexiah, Hailey, Aubreyanna, Jocelynn, Nevaeh; step-sister, Brenda Kelley; and faithful companion, Ava. He is preceded in death by father, Donald J. Kies, mother, Janet Ruth Kies.
