Che Che Madeline
Moore
January 23, 1939 – November 2, 2023
Che Che Moore (Jarjosa) passed away on November 2, 2023 at the age of 84 in Plymouth, Michigan. She was born on January 23, 1939 in Detroit, Michigan to the late Josephine Jarjosa. Che Che was the beloved mother of David (Mary) Moore, Shannon (Ron) Dobreff, and Shellie Moore. Loving grandmother of Jackie (Jon) Owens, Kaley (Justin) Gauvin, Savannah Dobreff, Connor Moore, and Kyle Moore. Adored great grandmother of Otto Owens and Nova Owens. Sister of George (Penni) Jarjosa, Joe (Renee/Paula) Jarjosa, and the late Wanda Starr.
Che Che loved her family and many friends. When her kids were young, she was an active Hockey, Soccer, and Figure skating mom. Whether it was practices, games, or shows…she was always in the stands encouraging and cheering them on. She was also active in school activities, and still proudly displayed some of the art projects that were made for her during the grade school years.
As an avid music lover there was always music being played in the house and in the car. She enjoyed going to concerts with her friends and attended well over 100 shows over the years. Her kids also experienced their first concerts with mom as well!
More recently she enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren. She embraced being the most valuable baby-sitter, going to birthday parties, attending school events, and hosting sleepovers. When it came to their sporting events, she was their number one fan.
Che Che was very passionate about the holiday season. Her Christmas trees and decorations were festive and beautiful. She enjoyed sharing her homemade eggnog and other various treats she would prepare. She also loved watching the classic holiday programs with her family every year. Her kind heart and loving nature will be deeply missed.
