Betty Jane Boyd, 97, of Westland passed away on January 23rd following a brief illness. A kind, giving person, Betty valued most of all her family, her friends, and her faith. She worked for many years in the offices of the Wayne-Westland school district, where she made many close and lasting friendships. She loved to stay busy and when she was not working or helping others, she loved baking pastries to share with others. Her greatest legacy is her loving heart and her kind and generous spirit.
