Our beloved mother, Ba Thi Leiby, passed away peacefully on February 22, 2024, at the age of 80 in Aurora, Colorado. She was loved beyond words.

Ma was born on April 10, 1943, in South Saigon, now known as Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. In 1974, she left Vietnam with her husband and children to live in Wayne, Michigan. She later married Ronald Leiby. Together, they raised five children in Romulus, Michigan.

Ma was a caring person who was always there for her family. She enjoyed sewing, gardening, crocheting, and cooking. Ma had many friends and was known for her eggrolls and loved to share them with others.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Ronald Leiby and her parents, Truong Phuc, and Vo Ut. Her memory will live on in the hearts of her children, Dung, Luan (Cyndie Thach, wife), Lan (Robert, husband), Khanh (Leslie, wife), her sisters, grandchildren, and friends.
