Anna Patricia Siehda, affectionately known as Pat, passed away on October 26, 2026, in Livonia, Michigan. Born on March 17, 1941 to Henry and Bertha Forfa, Pat lived a life rich in love, family, and cherished interests.
Pat was a devoted wife to the late John Siehda, mother to her daughter, Tina (Michael) Sanders, and a proud grandmother to her grandchildren: Blake, Kaylee, Jessie, Lindsey, the late Brian, Sarah, and Christopher. She found great joy in her role as a great-grandmother to Myla and Jacob. Pat was forever grateful for the unwavering support and companionship of her beloved siblings: Marie (the late Charlie) McConnell, Theresa (William Sr.) Way, Henry (Sandy) Forfa, Paul Forfa, and Tom (Sue) Forfa as well as many nieces and nephews.
A long-time member of Ss. Simon and Jude Catholic Church in Westland prior to its closing, Pat was an active participant in her church community, reflecting her faith and commitment to service.
In her personal life, Pat found solace and joy in her gardens. She had a profound appreciation for nature and loved spending time outdoors. An avid crafter, Pat excelled in crocheting and painting. Her collections of dolls, salt and pepper shakers, and exquisite punch bowls were testaments to both her artistic spirit and her love for the whimsical and nostalgic.
Pat's legacy will be forever remembered in the hearts of all who knew her, as her kindness, creativity, and unwavering devotion to family enriched countless lives.
