Born on June 3, 1947, in Ypsilanti, Michigan, Allen's life was marked by his unwavering kindness, thoughtfulness, and the handy skills that made him a pillar in his community. Allen's journey began as the beloved son of Walter and Eilene Hardt and grew to include a large, loving family. He was a devoted father to his daughter, Renee, and son, Gary.
